Due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic there may be delays within the delivery process. Your order is our priority and we aim for your package to be delivered at the earliest opportunity.
All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post.
All order receipts are sent once your order has been processed and paid. You will also receive a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will receive the order confirmation on the next business day.
Rarely stock levels are not up to date on our Online Store, this means products may not be available at the time of purchase. This will be extremely rare.
If this was to occur your order will be cancelled and you will be notified as soon as possible with a full refund.
